Our famous Maritime Gin ! A breath of salty sea air, with powerful botanical notes intertwined with umami flavors and a unique mineral character. A complex gin born from an unlikely blend of botanicals sourced from around the globe and kelp harvested in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. 

Distilled in Quebec City, Maritime Gin is an authentic, all-natural artisanal gin. After steaming exotic botanicals in a unique “diver’s basket” style infuser, our gin is slowly macerated with kelp harvested by hand in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.

Aroma
Juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark, licorice root, lemon peel, bitter orange peel, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, kelp (kombu)

Tasting notes
An initial herbaceous and floral impression gives way to notes of pine forest, followed by pastry-like aromas, citrus notes, and a hint of pepper. Laminaria seaweed, also known as Neptune’s belt, gives Gin St. Laurent its greenish color
