Pets de soeur
Pets de soeur, or “nun’s farts” for english speaker, are a traditional French-Canadian dish, typical of Quebec and Acadia, often served at holiday meals. It is still a popular dessert today in some regions, such as in the French-speaking communities of Manitoba. It is a brioche-shaped pastry made of a dough covered with brown sugar and
maple sirop, baked in the oven.
