Maple Syrup Salmon Recipe

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 salmon fillets
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Garlic salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, and fresh ginger.
Bring to a boil for about 6 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets in an oven dish.
Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with the sauce.
Bake in the oven at 180°c (356°F) for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with vegetables (asparagus, baby carrots, etc.)
