Ice Cider - Entre Pierre & Terre 200ml - 12°

Produced during Quebec's harsh winters, the juices naturally concentrate under the influence of the cold, with fermentation and aging lasting several months. The color is a deep yellow with orange highlights. The nose is very refined, with aromas of stewed apples, spiced pears, and candied fruit. The palate is taut and smooth, with an appealing structure of candied apples.

Ideal as an aperitif or appetizer. It pairs perfectly with brunch, end-of-meal dishes, seafood, desserts, and trou normand. Serve well chilled at 4°C.
