Elsie is our Quebec version of green Chartreuse. This refined liqueur is made from plants carefully cultivated in the gardens of Métis in the Gaspé Peninsula. Holy basil, rosemary, agastache, and sage are among the dozen or so plants that go into making this intense and lively herbal liqueur, which is both minty and peppery, with a subtle and delicious hint of licorice.
