This bourbon whisky is made from corn (80%), wheat (10%) and barley (10%) grown in Saint-Constant, the mash is double-distilled in a Charentais still before being aged in white oak barrels for three years.

The woody aromas resulting from aging blend perfectly with vanilla and caramel notes to create a smooth, delicate whisky. Delicious on its own or over ice, it also makes a wonderful base for cocktails. Perfect to be shared in good company, around a fire.
